Taste the varieties of pecorino cheeses – in the specially set up picnic area – the cheeses of its own production and other local products such as cured meats, preserves and jams, paired with Montepulciano wines and craft beer. You can taste  fresh cheeses and dairy products (ricotta, primo sale, raviggiolo, marzolino, yoghurt) to more seasoned ones. In the company assortment, the Cenerino (pecorino di Pienza aged under the ashes) and the semi-aged Pecorino di Pienza with a red rind, treated with tomato sauce (traditional method of preservation from Pientino, which does not impart flavor to the cheese). The main product of the house is the Pecorino Gran Riserva, large in size, aged for about 18 months, awarded the Gold (2018-19) and Super Gold (2017-18 and 2019-20) awards at the World Cheese Awards.
