Cancellation policy (in case of CANCELLATION ONLY)
- A. Cancellations MUST be made IN WRITING via e-mail
- B.1) a penalty of 30% of the total price will be charged in any case.
- B.1.3) a penalty of 100% within 30 days of date of service
- C) During the Palio celebrations (June 27-July 4 and August 11-August 18)
Cancelled reservations will be charged as follows: - C.1) a penalty of 50% of the total price will be charged in any case.
- C.2) within 30 days of date of service, 100% of the total price will be charged.
